Cannery Visit: Easy Canning for Long Term Food Storage = Save $$$ Today!

For those who are looking to start or build up their long term food stores but don’t want to spend a lot of money, you might consider a local LDS Cannery. Here is a link for cannery locations in the US www.providentliving.org Its a religious organization (btw I don’t believe what they do) that offers long term food stores ranging from 2-30 years shelf life at reasonable prices. The one we visited said you did not have to be a member of their church – other canneries may have different rules so check ahead of time. Anyway we recently made a trip & wanted to show you how easy it is.
