Yeah I don’t enjoy it when I buy it because it is stringy these are not and the buttermilk makes it so tender. we had the rest of that one last night breaded in? panko and spices and then baked. AMAZINGLY good.

There was only one time I was able to enjoy the taste of rabbit cooked by a guy who? did raise his own. Wow they were delicious, and this brings back memories of a meal I would like to enjoy again.
Great video, as always!
Very interesting! I haven’t seen rabbit done since I was a kid, my Mom made it. I didn’t eat it, I couldn’t get past that fluffy cute little creature hopping in? the yard. I would probably try it today.
Hi Linda, I really liked this video and I think it might be my favorite you’ve done, Rabbit is delicious and years ago when I still lived at the folkses for years I raised rabbits and would butcher them, years have went by now and I do grow all my own chickens, and layers for eggs but havnt raised rabbits and? butchered them for years. I do shoot wild ones and they are great but when you raise them they are big and delicious. I think I may have to do it again. GREAT recipe and video. Thanks.
LOL I? might be ridiculous, but chef???? I am so glad you liked it . This was very good hubby’s fave bbq mine Hot wing sauce.
And it was gooood! Thank you for watching.
Linda
Yeah I didn’t eat allot but it is so good. They are cheap to raise, and? no one has to know you have them. I let these to go way longer than I should have, but sooo good.
