It very much sounds like Egypt is being plundered by the upper and upper middle classes for all they can get . One can only offer moral support, at the very least, for what must become: legislated financial mechanisms that serve to maintain a unity, a financially just and socially equitable, situation. Fact is,? most people are not greedy enough that the rich need feel threatened as they live out their kindergarten revision classes in perpetuae.
What power would the elites have over you if you didn’t need a pay cheque? The elite are powerful because we believe them to be powerful and we believe that they have every right to control the things society needs. Enter technology… in a few short years solar power will be massive, MASSIVE. Agreed but my prediction is… if you default on the debt… all you do is pave the way to new debt. I think that debt is? fundamentally built into the system (to the best of my knowledge). Starting over on the same track will just take us to the same place. The question is, how do we eradicate debt?
It isn’t the colonizers in my opinion. It is the thing that drives colonizers? to colonize. Fix that and there will be no colonizers. Kill the colonizers and new colonizers will take their place or Egypt will become the colonizers and they will become the ones getting the guillotine in the countries they fuck up while colonizing. Economic experts! Isn’t that just another name for crooks, thieves, pirates! I’m sure they could get Timmy Geitner, Benny Bernanke or some other economic experts to come in? and fix things. The problem is the debt, not who pays it. To soak the rich for it is no better than taxing the poor for it. The end result is? a drain of national assets for the benefit of international bankers. The business community were wrong to suggest that? a tax on capital gains would be to the detriment of the economy. By using that money to fix the so-called ‘deficit’ of 11% it would in fact be bringing stability to the economy and the society wouldn’t need ‘austerity’ measures & thus it would help create social stability too, making Egypt a good investment. Problem is listening to the ‘business community’ who propped up the fascist regime of Mubarak. They’re part of the old paradigm problem.
I suggest you use my system both for revolution and the nation? afterwards. Business owners, many may end up fleeing but who needs them if they are tyrants that cost too much ? You then need a new currency, because wealth is probably too unfairly ditstributed, and criminal loot in that currency could then partially be destroyed; hence there would be a limited and controlled transfer from the old into teh new currency.
